To initiate a cancellation of your order, please contact our Customer Services department at 04 235 3161 within one hour of placing your order during working hours.
If your payment was made via credit card or debit card, and the cancellation adheres to this stipulation, we will promptly initiate the reversal of the authorization or commence a refund transaction. However, it is important to note that the duration for the refunded amount to reflect in your account is contingent upon the processing procedures of your banking institution.
Please be advised that requests for cancellations beyond the specified time frame cannot be accommodated, as orders would have already entered the processing phase. In such instances, cancellation can only be facilitated through our established returns/refunds procedure, as outlined above.
