Return Process
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return online purchases. Items must be in original, re-sellable condition with tags and packaging, and include a valid receipt.
Return Process:
- Accessories/Small Items: Return to a nearby store in original condition and packaging.

Large Items/Furniture: Contact Customer Service for inspection and pickup.
*Note: Furniture cannot be returned after installation. - Non-Returnable Items: Sealed or hygiene products, personal care items, certain baby products, pillows, bedding, mattresses, and items removed from packaging.
Policies
You have 14 days to return online purchased products.
Returned items should be in their original and re-sellable condition, with all tags attached, packaging intact and accompanied by a valid receipt.
Items purchased at reduced prices during sale or promotional periods can be exchanged within 3 days of the date of purchase, but no refund will be provided on these items.
In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products in the following categories:
β’ Products that fall under specific categories, such as sealed, and hygiene related, and personal care products, and certain baby products (e.g. teethers, diapers, baby wipes, hygiene tissues, feeding related products, etc.) Bedding, mattresses, bath products, kids' products, pillows, sheets, comforters, bed-in-a-bag, duvets, duvet covers, memory foam, towels and bathrobes that have been removed from their packaging. For hygiene reasons, no refund or exchange will be made on such Products.
β’ Consumable Products which have been used or installed.
β’ Personalized Products which you requested to be designed on a custom made order request, especially for you.
β’ Products purchased by you which were on sale that are not defective in any way, or are tagged sold βas isβ.
β’ Damaged Products due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under warranty period.
β’ Make sure you return your products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Double-check that you've included the original invoice, as well as all the accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.
